Franklin Lions Club

Mission Statement:
It is the mission of the Lions of Idaho's District 39-E to build a District in which Lions service can continue to enhance each community in Southeastern Idaho and Lions Club International through quality clubs members, and projects.

Goals:
1.Net increase of new clubs
2.Net increase in membership of 10% per year, this is only an average of two new members per club, we want to present it this way to our clubs.
3.Increase retention by 10% per year.
4.Increase contributions to Leader Dogs.
5.At least one LCIF funded project in the District per year.
6.Increase contributions to Idaho/East Oregon Sight and Hearing Foundation. Promote Sight and Hearing Foundation and the MSU in the District.
7.Promote fun and fellowship in our clubs.
