This is video of my second steelhead fishing trip that took place on the North Fork Salmon River. We drove from Rigby,ID to Salmon,ID on Thursday Nov,12,2009. We encountered heavy snow with low visibilities and snow packed roads. About 10 miles South of Salmon,ID the weather cleared up and in little time we were on the Salmon River road looking for a spot to fish. Fishing was pretty slow. Todays timelapse starts at 1pm and ends at 9pm. Rain and some snow fell today accompanied by winds up to 20mph. No accumulations for Rigby, but I have heard of reports of several inches in higher elevations. BTW: The black dot in the video is the Sun.
