My friend and I followed Iowa Interstate's 2-10-2 class steam locomotive #6988 to Bureau Junction, IL and then back to Annawan, Illinois. After that we went to Buda, Illinois to catch BNSF and UP trains. Enjoy!

An EMD GP60 is in the third spot. This was the day's "M-GALCHC" from Galesburg to Cicero. A long one. I counted about 150 cars. So that should be over 7500 feet in length. You can jump to the end here: 5:25.

I don't video Amtrak often, but this one allowed me to get ahead of BNSF 4131 by holding it at Buda. Note that the new signal towers are operational. The old signals are turned sideways awaiting removal of the signal bridges. And Picture-in-Picture seemed a logical way to edit this one. UP NEXT: BNSF 4131 moves out
