City government exists to meet the needs of those residing, visiting, and conducting business within the community of Greenville. To accomplish these purposes, Greenville City Staff and those associated with the City of Greenville will:

-Prioritize cost-efficiency in rendering services and purchasing supplies;

-Enhance the community’s quality of life; and
