Verdi's Requiem

Following last season’s emotionally powerful and penetrating performance of Brahms’s A German Requiem, Maestro Venzago and the orchestra again collaborate with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir on a program of immense beauty.  Verdi’s Requiem – as unabashedly operatic as one would expect from the composer – features a tremendous contribution from the choir and stunning vocal solos.  Join us as we celebrate a season that ends just as it began - with Mario Venzago, 87 of the finest musicians in the nation and the music of Verdi.
