What an exciting time in your life, and one that brings many concerns and questions. We invite you and your partner to join us for a class designed to help address these concerns and prepare you for the changes and transition to parenthood.

Classes are held the second Saturday of January, March, May, July, September, and November. You will receive a letter a month prior to your class.

Summary of Class:

Nutrition.
Fetal growth and development.
Maternal body changes.
Preterm labor.
The labor and delivery process.
Breathing and relaxation exercises.
Cesarean section.
Care after delivery.
Breastfeeding and bottle feeding.
Infant care.
Car seat safety.
Tour of Women's Life Center.

Location: ESU Newman Division of Nursing's Cora Miller Hall (just east of Newman Regional Health)
