Opening of the Emergency Response:Changing the Future, Saving Lives Exhibit
The Behringer-Crawford Museum is proud to announce a new exhibit that will honor the region’s firefighters and EMS personnel. The exhibit will open on July 26 and close on October 26, 2008. The exhibit will include information about major fires in the area, heroic stories and personal accounts, artifacts, as well as information about how the evolution of building materials and construction have affected the process by which fires are extinguished.
Emergency Response: Changing the Future, Saving Lives exhibit will include information provided by firefighters and EMS personnel from around the Northern Kentucky region. It is important to the Behringer-Crawford museum to honor the community of fire departments around the region. The exhibit will be educational as well as a testament to the hard work and determination of firefighters and EMS personnel. There will be a focus on major fires in Northern Kentucky and how they shaped the way that firefighters and EMS personnel respond to emergencies, changed fire code standards, and prevent fires.
