Waterfront Independence Festival

Waterfront Independence Festival presented by Fifth Third Ban.

Louisville's premier July 4th celebration. The two-day festival is the largest event of the summer and also produced by Waterfront Development Corporation. Over 150,000 people attend the event each year, which features concerts by national recording artists, children's activities, a festival food & beer garden and fireworks over the Ohio River both nights. Festival admission is completely free of charge including all activities in the children's area.
