City Of Vicco

History:

Vicco City was founded on June 1st of year 1964. The city was started by E. B. "Bert" McGraner and some of the interested people of Vicco to form a city in this Community. He Traveled to and from different places such as Atlanta, GA, also to Frankfort, KY and other places. He got the paper work rolling and Vicco soon became the City of Vicco in the year of June 1964. Bert made all of these trips at his own expense.
