Community Bible Church (CBC) grew from a small group of people who gathered to study the Bible together in the early 1970s. From this small beginning, the group exanded over time to become the present Community Bible Church of the 2000s.

The first group was a neighborhood women’s Bible study in the fall of 1972 using Stonecroft material.
