If you have had lap-band surgery or are considering it, we recommend you attend the Brighm and Women's gastric bypass surgery support group. Most people find it very helpful to speak with individuals that have already experienced the surgery. The group is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. No appointment is necessary to attend this group.
