Guided architectural and historical walking tours of Boston since 1976.
Boston By Foot is a non-profit organization founded in 1976 to promote public awareness of Boston's architectural and historical heritage through guided walking tours.
Daily scheduled tours are offered from May through October which include the Freedom Trail, the North End, Beacon Hill and the Back Bay. Boston By Foot also offers custom tours throughout the year for educational groups and other private parties, on-site presentations for classroom environments, and special events highlighting a particular theme or area around Boston such as Art Deco, Ashmont Hill, and the Dark Side of Boston.
Since 1976, Boston By Foot's trained and enthusiastic volunteer guides have explored Boston neighborhoods with over 240,000 visitors and residents.
