Entrepreneurship on the upper shores of Narragansett Bay, specifically, the waters just off the Tipsy Seagull in Fall River, MA, is on an uptick-- the Borden Flats Lighthouse is under new ownership, it has been restored, and is now open to those who wish to tour the facility-- even spend the night in the midst of what is called the Taunton River! Check it out, take the tour-- as new enterprise is undertaken on the water, the interests of both the Marine Museum and the Mill Owners' Association will be positively advanced, a very good thing.
