13 enormous wooden 'bug' sculptures by David Rogers land at New England Wild Flower Society's Garden in the Woods. Enjoy special insect-plant events, family fun, and a thrilling outdoor experience.
They're back by popular demand. "BIG BUGS" Grand Opening and Web-of-Life Extravaganza, Saturday, July 12, 10-4 features 13 Dinosaur-Sized natural wood sculptures by David Rogers and 1,500 wildflower species.
Meet the Beetles with "HELP!" New England’s Beatles Tribute Band, performing live beginning at 1:30 p.m. Find costumed characters "ANT MINI" "ODO" and "DANI" the monarch butterfly on garden walks and join in the festivities from July 12-October 31, 2008, with bug festivals most weekends.
Admission $8 for Adults. $4 children 3-18, includes special weekend events. Free for members and children under 3. Rain or Shine.
