Sterling Music Exchange

Mission Statement:
Sterling Music Exchange is a nonprofit charitable organization created
- To promote freedom of expression through music
- To encourage community service among young adults
- To engage community members in the arts and culture 

Goals & Objectives:
- To improve self-esteem, self-confidence and creative expression of young adults through music-making
- To provide informal performance opportunities for young adult musicians in their community
- To reach out to community members through music and encourage volunteerism
- To provide free lessons and instruments to motivated young adults who are experiencing emotional or socioeconomic issues.
