Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes self defense techniques designed for smaller, weaker individuals to defend themselves against larger, stronger aggressors. Classes follow a monthly theme and students will have the chance to study techniques in depth. Classes involve a 15 minute warm up followed by a particular technique. After learning the technique there will be activities that incorporate that position. Each class ends with live rolling sessions in which students will get to put their new skill to test!
