Changing Face of the Workforce: Multi-Generational Recruitment"

"How do I advertise to millennials?...
What benefits will attract baby boomers?...
What should job descriptions emphasize to appeal to different generations?"

These questions and more will be addressed during this seminar.

Three local experts will present an overview of the four generations in the workplace today and offer specific recruitment techniques to help employers and HR professionals tackle the challenges that multi-generations pose.

Ryan Coleman
Principal with Next Force, LLC specializing in millennial or Gen Y employees, Mr. Coleman will profile the Gen Y worker including common stereotypes and views from older workers.  He will discuss how to attract, engage and retain the millennial from day one.

Angela J. Rabatin
An authority on the 50-plus age group, Ms. Rabatin will talk about techniques companies can use to maximize four generations
of talent.  She will identify which beliefs about younger and older workers are wrong and how businesses can leverage the
differences a multi-generational workforce presents.

Nathaniel Alston
President and founder of The Horizon Group, LLC, Mr. Alston will address the recruitment how to's covering advertising, job descriptions, review of resumes, interviewing questions, and compensation and benefits for multi-generations.
