Experience an evening on the Underground Railroad with Michigan storyteller Lois Sprengnether Keel on Thursday, November 12th at 7:00 p.m. in the Judith A. Stillion Conference Room. Lois brings Liberetta Lerich Green to the 21st century in words from Liberetta's oral history, newspaper accounts, letters, and other research tied together with the abolition song sung at the planting of the "Beacon Tree" that marked the Lerich family Underground Railroad station in Shelby Township, Michigan.
