This workshop focuses on how to make smart inventory decisions in QuickBooks and covers many intermediate level topics of inventory management (the process of ensuring the availability of products, including inventory control/tracking and monitoring stock age) and inventory optimization (setting inventory levels that meet customer service levels with maximum financial performance).
