This one day class is designed to prepare you for the birth of your baby. Items covered include: breathing, relaxation techniques, role of the support person, hospital interventions, medications, cesarean birth, postpartum period and a tour of the OB facilities. We encourage you to register for Breastfeeding a supplement to this class.

Fee: $35.00 per mom/spouse/support person.
