The Oratorio Singers of Charlotte join the symphony for Carmina burana, Carl Orff’s boisterous and sometimes bawdy cantata. The Charlotte Symphony’s own concertmaster, Calin Lupanu, opens the program with Mendelssohn’s beautiful Violin Concerto.
