Search Your Heart, 11 a.m. – Noon. Mondays, beginning Sept. 14 – Nov. 9, CMC Health Center, West Cabarrus YMCA. With this nine-week program on heart health and stroke risk, participants are involved in interactive sessions on making lifestyle choices that support heart health and reduce stroke risk, including nutrition and exercise.
