This is a refresher childbirth class for couples that have one or more children. This class reviews labor and birth, focuses on active labor support skills (positions, massage, relaxation, and other methods to cope with labor) and medical pain relief measures. A tour of The Birthplace is given during the session.

Please bring two bed size pillows.
