Strategic Plan:

In late 2005, Onslow County awarded ADW Architects of Charlotte with a contract to assess and analyze present and future public library facilities needs for Onslow County.  As a result the Onslow County Public Library Facilities Long Term Master Plan was developed by ADW Architects and recently presented, reviewed, and accepted by the Onslow County Board of Commissioners.

Onslow County Public Library Facilities Long Term Master Plan Report summary: The purpose of this report is to recommend to Onslow County the number, size and locations for public library facilities to serve the county for the next twenty-five years and to recommend budgets and schedules for the development of such facilities.
