Prepared Childbirth Class

Each session provides extensive information regarding exercise and breathing techniques, labor/delivery, anesthesia and analgesia, C-section, early postpartum, newborn care, and newbord feedings. Also includes a tour of the Family Birth Center.

Participants should pre-register early, but attend classes during the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. Enrollment is limited. Please call 857-2310 or 1-800-862-0005 to register.

Note:  4th class from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Location: Health Center, Enter the building from the 5th Avenue side near the gravel parking lot.
