What We Believe

We believe that Scripture, the Old and New Testament (Bible), is verbally inspired by God. We believe the sole authority for what we believe and practice is found in God's Word; that man is by nature sinful and all people need forgiveness which is provided through Jesus Christ's death and resurrection. We believe that God established the church (body of believers), and we grow together through the power of the Holy Spirit as we search Scripture, worship, witness, and minister together. We also believe that we are to be examples in our community and the world where God has placed us. We believe it is man's duty to apply godly principles in our lives, and as the Holy Spirit leads us forward, to live lives for the honor and glory of God.
