Church Purpose and Mission:

Northfield Church is committed to loving God, loving people and helping others do the same. We try to do this in five specific ways:

Worship – We seek to build a relationship with God through knowing and worshiping Him.
Fellowship – We welcome each other as members of God’s family through fellowship and encouragement.
Discipleship – We do our best to become more like Jesus through studying the Bible and applying it to our lives.
Service – We attempt to serve each other by finding out how God has uniquely gifted each of us and then using those gifts to build up others in the church.
Outreach – We desire to share the message of God’s love for everyone through community outreach and sharing with our friends and co-workers.

These five principles are based on Jesus’ Great Commandments to love God and love our neighbors and His Great Commission to go into all the world and make disciples of everyone we can.
