The 14th annual Berkshire Drum and Dance Fest will be held at the Windsor Town Park (rain location Windsor Town Hall) Saturday, October 14th featuring drum classes with Namory Keita from Guinea, West Africa (10:30-12 and 1-2:30) and drum and song presentation at 3pm featuring Namory Keita, Aimee Gelinas w/ members of Gaia Roots and the Berkshire Rhythm Keepers.

2023 Berkshire Drum Fest Event Schedule:

10:30-12 Drum Class w/ Namory Keita* (multi-level class)

1-2:30 Drum Class w/ Namory Keita* (multi-level class)

3pm Concert presentation w/ Namory Keita, Aimee Gelinas, members of Gaia Roots, the Berkshire Rhythm Keepers and the Offbeat Women Drummers

~Drum class fee (per class/per person): $35 per class + Performance sliding scale $10-$20

~Drum rentals available for $5 each

~Pre-registration REQUIRED for drum classes, performance is walk in/pay at the door

2. AFTER emailing Aimee and receiving confirmation you are pre-registered, you can click the donate button below to pay for classes/performance with a credit card or (preferred method) pay by cash or check.

The event will also feature world crafts, percussion & refreshments

All event proceeds will support the Tamarack Hollow Nature and Cultural Center, a tax exempt not for profit conserving land and providing nature and cultural educational opportunities for all ages.
