Meet Sophia,
A Climate Activist Advisor

The Climate Activist Advisors, a dedicated group of young volunteers, inform our outreach around climate change and health. Each member has extensive experience advocating for a healthier future.

Take Sophia Kianni, she represents the U.S. as the youngest member of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Youth Advisory Group on Climate Change. In January 2023, she also represented the American Lung Association at an EPA hearing about the dangers of methane pollution.

Our critical work to protect our air and mitigate climate change is only possible because of passionate advocates like Sophia.
