Bismarck, N.D. – Gov. Doug Burgum on Wednesday will help break ground on the North Dakota Soybean Processors soybean crush plant near Casselton. The governor also will participate in a press conference with federal, state and local leaders and the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber regarding a $9.6 million federal grant to expand workforce development programs to support the agriculture, manufacturing and technology industries in North Dakota and Minnesota.
