From: Chapman Cultural CenterChapman Cultural Center announced the expansion of its various grants programs as of July 1, 2022, including changes to its General Operating Support Grant application process in order to better serve Spartanburg County’s arts, cultural, and humanities organizations. Through changes to our grant programs, our goal is to empower and support a broader array of arts and cultural organizations as our community continues to evolve.
