Upcoming Holiday Concerts

This holiday season, we're performing both our annual festive Holidays a cappella concert and a special new concert, Hanukkah a cappella. In each program, our ten singers will leave you in awe as their beautifully blended voices sing soaring sacred music, heartfelt prayers, jazzy arrangements, and playful holiday traditions. Let yourself celebrate the spirit of the holidays with music you won’t hear at the grocery store or Christmas radio station! Visit our website to view song lists, audio samples, concert schedules and venue details before buying your tickets. You can also read more about our Hanukkah program in this interview with Executive Director Matt Greenberg.

Get To Know John William Trotter

John William Trotter became Chicago a cappella's Artistic Director in June 2020, right in the thick of the pandemic. With 2022-23 marking John's third season as Artistic Director, we wanted to give you a chance to get to know him a little better. We recently sat down with him to ask about his history with Chicago a cappella, his vision for the concert experience, and the important role the audience plays.

The Giving Season

In addition to kicking off our 2022-23 concert season, we're gearing up for the giving season! On Tuesday, November 22nd, we'll be launching our Giving Tuesday campaign. Keep an eye out on our Facebook and Instagram pages as we outline all of the amazing ways our donors empower us. Attending our concerts is one of the most important ways to show your support. Click the video above to hear Artistic Director John William Trotter and bass Matthew Brennan reflect on how important it is that you’re with us, to create a unique experience every time we take the stage.
