At the core of our data collection is the Field Representative. This flexible part-time position will have you connecting with families in their homes to collect data on various topics. Our most successful Field Representatives enjoy meeting and speaking with new people, are self-motivated to meet their goals, and are comfortable operating basic technology. Field Representatives are hourly employees and usually work part-time hours, paid at the GS-4 pay rate (In Maricopa county that rate is $16.09 per hour for 2022, and 58.5 cents per mile driven on business). Location: This position will require the tutor to visit students in Buckeye and Goodyear. We prefer that our tutors were able to commute to our students within 20 minutes and those applicants will be considered.
Needed right now a tutor for elementary age reading specialist in Buckeye.
Overview and requirements: We are currently hiring dynamic tutors to provide tutoring in all subject areas for students ranging from k -12, to college level. Tutors with experience in ACT / SAT Test and Academic Coaching are also being sought. A minimum of an associate degree is required to tutor with us. Tutors must have a passion for the subject they are tutoring and have a high degree of knowledge in that subject. Tutoring experience is a plus! Applicants must be willing to complete a background check. An Arizona teacher certification is a plus. We provide one-to-one instruction for our students. Our tutors customize the sessions to fit the specific needs of their students'. We find the students for you and place you with local students. As a part-time contractor, your hours are flexible. Typically, our tutors have 1 to 3 students per week. The hours per student varies but is most often 2 to 4 hours weekly. Make a difference in a student's life by giving them that "Ah-ha!" moment. Position Summary:
Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to their team in the home building process. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Production teams ensure that all homes meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes, while ensuring a high quality standard in a timely manner.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Safety: Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
Productivity: Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
Stewardship: Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping your assigned area clean, and orderly.
Planning: Assist your Department Manager to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
Attendance: Meet all attendance requirements, available for start of shift at required time, following the attendance rules and regulations of the division.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
- Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.
- You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.
