Proclamation - Mayor Gary Jarvis read the proclamation designating June 7th, 2022, as Rotary Citizens “Service Above Self” Day, and honoring Mr. Cory Fosdyck as the inaugural recipient of the award.

City Manager Report:

Workflow Process for Property Maintenance and Unsafe Building Abatement Code (update) - The City Manager briefly discussed staff’s plan to bring to city council an updated abatement process, including matrix and timeline for demolition of derelict structures.
