We are excited to invite you to the re-scheduled ribbon cutting event for the Irma and Pal Parker Senior Conservation Preserve, Kayak Launch, and Park.  The event will be held on Wednesday, January 18^th from 4:00-5:00 pm.  The event location will start at the entrance to the boardwalk near 603 Riverview Rd., Flagler Beach, FL.
