In observance of the Christmas holiday, there will be no residential trash, curbside recycling or brush/bulky collection on Monday, Dec. 26. All scheduled solid waste collection for Dec. 26-29 will shift one day.

In addition, the following facilities will be closed Dec. 23 to 26: 

-City Hall

-Heritage Aquatic Center

-Irving Archives and Museum

-Irving Arts Center

-Irving public libraries      

-North Lake Natatorium

-Recreation centers

OTHER HOLIDAY CLOSURES

-The Irving Animal Care Campus (IACC) will be open Friday, Dec. 23 from 1 to 6 p.m. The IACC will be closed Dec. 24-26.

-The Hunter Ferrell Landfill will be open Friday, Dec. 23 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will be closed Dec. 24-26.

-All Irving Public Library locations will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22.

All city offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Dec. 27.
