City Of Irving News Irving's Polar Express Rolls Into The City's Heritage District This Holiday Season

All aboard! Join the City of Irving at the annual Holidays at Heritage events December 3-17, kicking off with a nighttime Irving Polar Express-themed parade on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. in the Irving Heritage District. After the lighted parade head over to Heritage Park, 217 S. Main St., to enjoy a festive celebration at 7 p.m. featuring the city’s iconic tree lighting, drone show, live reindeer, food vendors, holiday-themed crafts and a live musical performance by Midnight Soul Band. Attendees can take photos at a variety of lighted holiday props and even get a selfie with Santa Claus!

If Christmas lights get you in the holiday spirit, take a stroll through the 60,000-lighted trail at Centennial Park, 444 W. Second St., as well as the lighted décor at Heritage Park. Displays will be open from Dec. 3-27 from dusk to 10 p.m.
