The City of Irving will be hosting a General Subrecipient Information Session for all nonprofits interested in how the city's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds work. 

This session will be held on Friday, Feb. 24 at 9:30 a.m. in the First Floor Council Room at City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd.
