Position: Maintenance Operations Worker Ii

Department: Parks

Primary Duties: This is semi-skilled and skilled work in the construction, maintenance and/or repair of building, facilities, and/or equipment, including a variety of assignments associated with the care and maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, and grounds with the City’s parks.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) PLUS three (3) years’ experience in building/construction, maintenance (including plumbing and electrical), landscaping/groundskeeping, and/or custodial/janitorial. Or High school diploma (or equivalent) PLUS two (2) years’ experience in a Maintenance Operations Worker I position with the City of Lebanon or municipal governmental entity.

Salary Information: Placement within range depends on experience, education, and training:

Level Of Pay: L03

Level Of Pay Range: $13.64 – $21.77
