Mayor presents The Dels with award for investing in community housing stock
Mayor Jared Carr presented a barrelhead award to crew members of The Dels Oct. 13 for their investment into the Lebanon community.

The Dels team has developed the old Oyo Hotel into 52 housing units now known as Wyota Commons.

Recent studies have indicated a need for more quality, affordable housing and city officials were able to work with The Dels team to bring their concept to our community.

We welcome this new investment into our city!
