Free live music, festival food and beverage on the Oxbow Riverstage at Oxbow Commons.

Enjoy the fireworks show from Oxbow Commons, along the Harry T. Price Riverwalk, Veterans Park, and Riverfront Green Park. 

A Day in the Park!

Westwood Hills Walking Tours July 17

A Day in the Park is a benefit for Napa Parks and Recreation Foundation to support trail signage, maps, markers and site improvements. Activities include docent lead hikes, Kids Scavenger Hunt, and healthy treats. Activities are free but we ask you to pre-register so we know you're coming. To register for the tours click HERE.

Early-Bird Hike 8:00am

The hike will pass through beautiful oak woodlands, through a stunning meadow, with expansive views of the city from the Summit, 
Level: Strenuous
Distance: 2-1/2 mile round trip, elevation gain ~375 feet
Duration: 2 hours

Summit Hike 8:30am or 9:00am

Hike up the main trail (Summit Trail) to an outstanding view of the City of Napa, Napa Valley, Mt. Diablo, Mt. Tamalpais, Mt. St. Helena, and Mt. Veeder.
Level: Easy to Moderate
Start times: 8:30, 9:30
Distance: 1-1/2 mile round trip, elevation gain ~375 feet
Duration: 1 hour

History Hike 8:30am

Hike up the main trail (Summit Trail) to the scenic viewpoint at the Summit. Along the way, the docent will describe the history of the Park, natural history, and tell stories about the Park you may not know.
Level: Moderate
Distance: 1-3/4 mile round trip, elevation gain ~375 feet
Duration: 1-1/2 hours

West Side Hike 9:00am 

The hike will follow the main trail (Summit Trail), then turn to the right and follow the Loop Trail to the Ridge Trail.  After reaching the Summit, the hike will descend and pass-through beautiful oak woodlands and a stunning meadow.

Start time: 9:00
Distance: 1-1/2 mile round trip, elevation gain ~375 feet
Duration: 1-1/2 hours

Pollinator Garden Tour 9:30am

The Pollinator Garden Tour is a brief walk around the perimeter of the Garden, in order to protect small plants and animals. Learn the importance of plants that attract pollinators and the importance of supplying them with native plants. The tour will include identifying California Native plants.
