Organizational Excellence

Each month we celebrate an employee who epitomizes our workplace values. This month we are focused on the value of Organizational Excellence. Jordan Plecker has been working at the Senior Center for approximately 4 years.  She has been a dedicated employee who has worked a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. She has been extremely flexible and has helped out with nearly every aspect of programing at the Senior Center including answering phones, class registrations, special events and facility rentals.  Jordan was recently promoted to Program Manager and has taken on more responsibility by managing and overseeing the private facility rentals at the Senior Center and Pelusi.  Her willingness and eagerness to learn has proven helpful as she has learned her new responsibilities quickly and she has become proficient in her new tasks.  In her new role, she is actively training several new employees and she is helping develop the next wave of part-time employees for the Recreation Division.  Jordan has an amazing, positive attitude and provides excellent customer service both internally and externally.  We are very fortunate and grateful to have Jordan on our team and she exemplifies Organization Excellence!
