W. Retta Esplanade Avenue from Gill St. to the west of Berry St.– Beginning Monday, October 31, 2022, through Friday, November 4, 2022, the street is scheduled for milling and resurfacing, weather dependent.

Harborwalk phase II parking lot and uplands improvement construction continues with project completion tentatively scheduled by the end of this year, weather and materials delay depending. Irrigation and landscaping activities continue to be scheduled accordingly. Diagonal parking construction continues between McGregor St., and Dolly St. Grading for new sidewalk placement continues. Maintenance of Traffic devices are in place for pedestrian and vehicular detours as work progresses.  

The project scope includes: demolishing existing parking lots, constructing new parking lots, sidewalks with decorative lights and bollards, landscaping, and street tree installation. The new configuration also includes new on-street diagonal parking, crosswalks, sidewalk connections, ADA sidewalk ramps, patterned textured pavement, and pavement markings. 

Travelers are requested to use extreme caution while workers are present in the right of way and allow additional time for travel as temporary delays are anticipated.
