The city of show low announces recruitment for the position of a recreation leader.

The job

Under the general supervision of the recreation coordinator, responsible for the facilitation of daily/special event program operations, set up site and equipment, assist in scheduling and conducting activities (including classes), work with children ages 5 to 11, perform customer service, problem solving and rule adjudication.  Incumbents are part-time seasonal employees.

Requirements

Experience working in with the public.  Successful candidate must be available to work during all operating hours, including weekends, and evenings.  Regular hours monday - thursday 2:45 p.m. To 5:45 p.m.  Friday 7:45 a.m. To 5:45 p.m.  Special events may be held on evenings or weekends.  This is a part time position of 19 hours a week or less.

Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment and maintain satisfactory driving record.
