COVID-19 Vaccines and Wellness Screenings at the Tolleson Fire Department

The Tolleson Fire Department, University of Arizona College of Public health,  and Maricopa County Public Health will be hosting COVID-19 Vaccination/Booster and Wellness Screenings in August.

The events will be held at the Tolleson Fire Department, 203 N 92nd Ave - See map

The events will be on:

-Wednesday, August 10th, 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - COVID -19 Vaccines & Wellness Screenings
-Wednesday, August 24th, 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - COVID-19 Vaccines Only
-Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson Vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older as allowed under CDC guidelines.

Wellness Check Screenings for adults 18 and over.
Blood pressure, glucose, A1C, BMI.
