CRT is happy to offer this exciting production for those who missed it last summer - and for those who want to see it again! On a winter’s evening in 1934, a snowdrift stops the luxurious Orient Express, literally in its tracks. By morning, it is one passenger less! The victim lies dead in their compartment, stabbed, the door locked from the inside. With a long list of suspects, detective Hercule Poirot must identify the murderer before they strike again! “Christie is not the bestselling novelist in history for nothing, and Ludwig’s adaptation strikes the perfect balance of the cerebral and the comic. Get on board – it’s a great ride!”
– Houstonian Magazine

A Pop Musical “Hilarity on Wheels”!
This Tony-Award-nominated, roller-skating musical adventure is based on the 1980 cult classic movie starring Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly! When the beautiful Greek muse, Kira, descends from the heavens of Mount Olympus to Venice Beach, California, she is on a quest to inspire struggling artist Sonny to achieve the greatest artistic creation of all time – the first roller disco! (Hey, it's 1980!) But, when Kira falls into forbidden love with the mortal Sonny, her jealous sisters take advantage of the situation, and hilarious chaos abounds. Those great radio pop hits you remember from the ‘80’s are all part of the fun, including Have You Never Been Mellow?, Evil Woman, Strange Magic, All Over the World, Don’t Walk Away and more! You'll want to keep Xanadu in your heart... forever!

Book by Douglas Carter Beane
Music & Lyrics by Jeff Lynne
and John Farrar
Based on the Universal Pictures Film
Screenplay by Richard Danus and Marc Rubel

Two cops. Three crooks.
Eight doors. Go!

In a cheap motel room, an embezzling mayor is supposed to meet with his accountant, while in the room next door, two undercover cops wait to catch the meeting on videotape. But there’s some confusion as to who’s in which room, who’s being videotaped, who’s taken the money, who’s hired a Scottish hit man, and why the accountant keeps taking off her clothes! One of the funniest comedies ever written!
