Cuivre River State Park Hosts 'Halloween Spooktacular: Space Wars'

Jefferson City, MO – Join Cuivre River State Park team members as they search for the “Chosen One” during the Halloween Spooktacular from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Chosen One will bring balance between nature and the human empire.

The human empire is expanding and nature’s wild places are in danger. To find the Chosen One, all participants, or “Padawans,” must go through Jedi training. The most successful Padawan will be bring balance. May the force of nature be with you.

During the journey, Padawans will visit different places that the Jedi are protecting. The Jedi are protectors of nature and lead others in the noble cause of saving wild places. They are wise and share their deep knowledge of the natural world with others, inspiring others to join the Alliance. Visit each planet and learn about that habitat as part of the training. The Jedi will give you a silka bead, which will mark your training as a Jedi Padawan. Some stations may have special traits or skills to master as part of the training. When finished, return to the Jedi temple to speak to a Jedi Master and discover who the Chosen One is.

When: Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
