On February 4^,h, 2023, at 9:52 pm the Greene County Communication Center received a 911 call in the 1000 block of Main Street East Grand Junction, IA. The caller reported they fell and hit their head against a door. When Grand Junction Rescue arrived, they assessed the scene and advised the Greene County Deputy it was a possible gunshot wound.

The case is pending further investigation.
