Glad Midsommar Festival

Our annual Midsommar Festival is a wonderful opportunity for us to remember our community's Swedish roofs and share our traditions with folks far and wide. This festival is the New Sweden Historical Society's most important fundraiser of the Year. We would like to thank everyone who continues to support us by coming out and

participating year after year, and as always, we hope to see some new faces as well. We look forward to this year's celebration and we can't wait fo see you there!

Friday, June 16th

5:30pm—American Legion Swedish Meatball Supper

289 N Main St, Stockholm, ME

$10 Admission at the door

Saturday, June 17h

7am-9am—Midsommar Frukost (Breakfast)

Thomas Park Dining Hall

Free wil offering—Sponsored by the First

Baptist Church of New Sweden

9am-4pm—Midsommar Festival

New Sweden Historical Museum

Grounds, 116 Station Rd

4pm-6pm—Swedish Supper at Gustaf Adolf Lutheran Church

29 Capitol Hil Rd, New Sweden

Tickets $16 for adults, $8 for chicren 3-10, free for children under 3 years old

7pm—Evening Program at Thomas Park

Join us for dancing, music by October Gold, and announcing raffle winners! We will wiap up with the Langdans, as per tradition!

Sunday, June 18th

10am—Inferfaith Church Service led by the First Baptist Church of New Sweden at Thomas Park

Following the Church Service—Annual Fundraiser Luncheon
