WILMINGTON, DE. – As a mark of respect for Queen Elizabeth II, and in concurrence with President Joe Biden’s order, Governor Carney has ordered all U.S. and Delaware flags to be flown at half-staff at State buildings and facilities until sunset on the day of interment.
